Cove Park Residency- a Room With A View

I'm shockingly behind on this blog - but here's a late thank you to the wonderful Cove Park . I spent a week there in February, on the Winter Writing Residency. We spent a memorable day workshopping ideas with former Edinburgh Poet Laureate Hannah Lavery, and I holed up for a few days in the beautiful Taransay Pod to unpick and rewrite about the Cailleach - a very special moment to write about the Hag in the shadow of the mountains associated with her legends in Argylle & Bute. Huge thanks to the staff of Cove Park and to my fellow residents, especially the wonderful visual poet/theatre maker Tina West who also led us through the most joyous yoga class I've ever experienced.
